Our Handcrafted Process
At Ashley Bailey Designs, every product is carefully handcrafted to order. This means that each item is specially created just for you after you place your order, ensuring you receive something special made with care and attention to detail.
Because each product is handcrafted to order exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on physical items. We put this care and customization into every order to ensure you receive something special that’s created just for you.
Digital Products
All digital items are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once they are accessed or downloaded at the time of purchase, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase of digital items.
Quality Assurance & Error Correction
We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Each order is carefully created and reviewed to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. However, we understand that occasionally errors can occur.
If you experience any errors with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer corrections, refunds, or exchanges.
